1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Eligibility
To register and use the 5999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

- Not subject to any legal prohibition or court order that prevents you from using online gambling services.

Important Notice: 5999 takes a firm stance against underage registration. Any account confirmed to belong to an individual under 18 years of age will be terminated immediately and all balances in that account will be forfeited.
3 Registration & Account Management
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 5999 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.
When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 5999 conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify the identity of each member before the first withdrawal is processed.
- Your full name must match your valid identification document (MyKad or passport).
- The registered phone number and email address must be active and belong to you personally.
- Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal
5999 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia including DuitNow, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and FPX bank transfer. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.
Regarding deposits:
- The minimum deposit is as stated on the Deposit platform.
- Deposited funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

6 Betting Rules
All betting activity on the 5999 platform is subject to game-specific rules for each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the game rules before they begin playing.
- All game outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed.
- Any technical issue causing disruption during a gaming session will be resolved based on our server records, which are considered the authoritative source of information.
- Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed within each game.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and server records, the server records will serve as the definitive reference.
- 5999 reserves the right to void any wager placed due to a technical error or priceline error in sports betting.
7 Prohibited Player Conduct

- Colluding with other players to cheat the system or influence game outcomes.

- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system bugs to gain an unauthorised advantage.
- Transferring balances between member accounts without approval from the 5999 team.
- Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward any 5999 staff or member.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of all associated wins, and legal action taken against you where necessary.
8 Account Suspension & Termination
5999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
- Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.
- Use of unauthorised payment methods or stolen credit cards.
- Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If a balance exists in an account closed at the member's request with no breach of terms, the balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
9 Liability Limit
5999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
- Any betting outcome arising from a member's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
- Losses arising from reliance on any information or content displayed on our platform.
In no event shall 5999's maximum total liability for any individual claim exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
